The role of Calvary Christian College is to provide a distinctively Christian education, to strengthen the family and help prepare students to meet the challenges of life. The school recognises that the ultimate source of a Christian Education is in the home. This school will always endeavour to support families with this responsibility.
A wide curriculum is offered. The size of the college allows for a range of subjects. As well as the normal academic studies, all students will have the opportunity to study a number of supplementary and elective subjects.
The College has a proven academic track record with many graduates having been accepted and completed university, Bible and other further education institutions. Many earlier graduates are now successfully employed in a range of professions. Some more recent graduates are studying medicine (both as potential doctors and nurses), IT, teaching, and business. Other students have been successful in completing trades and finding employment.
Calvary Christian College believes in challenging students to achieve their highest academic potential, developing their unique God given talents, and to mature in their Christian faith. The school is committed to providing an atmosphere of love and security in order to foster wise decision-making and to help our students respond with integrity to all the challenges that they will face in their lives.
