Yu Shengnan 于胜男 (Sarah), from Xinji City, Hebei Province in China is an international student majoring in geology at James Cook University (JCU). She studied undergraduate and master's courses in China and worked in the field of geophysics for nearly 3 years in China. Sarah then moved to Australia to study abroad in Townsville. Currently, she is completing her Bachelor of Geology (Honours) with her thesis focusing on isotope measurement of rare earth minerals.
