At Gracie Barra we have developed an anti-bullying program where tens of thousands of children across the world are gaining confidence, learning how to deal with bullies, learning how to defend themselves from bullying as well as prevent themselves from falling victim to bullies. It will teach some basic techniques that will help a child encountering a bully such as:
- How to safely get out from being held, or held down by a bully.
- How to land and get up safely from being pushed down.
- How to defend if getting attacked.
- How to control and restrain a bully if necessary.
Ensure your child has the ability to stand up and fend for themselves when the need arises
